Our Owners
Kip and Laurin Noe are the masterminds behind the creation of Pro ADAS Calibration.
Kip and Laurin are graduates of Marshall University. He and Laurin first used their tireless business mind in the 1990's to bring the first cellphones to their hometown of Ashland, KY, via their business Greyhorse Cellular.
In 1995, they launched Hail Pro, a paintless dent repair business that was successful not only at the hometown level, but nationally and internationally.
In 2022, recognizing the need for proper ADAS calibrations in his area, they launched Pro ADAS Calibration, becoming only the sixth independent shop in the US to dedicate themselves to safety and the realm of ADAS.
Kip and Laurin have an unwavering dedication to the safety of vehicles and their drivers in their beloved hometown. They strive to create a professional atmosphere where OEM procedures are followed to the letter.
When they are not running Pro ADAS Calibration, Kip and Laurin have a myriad of hobbies. Laurin enjoys weekends on the family horse farm, grazing her beloved retired horse, Tyra, and reading books with her daughter Annabel and sister Kelly. She also has a magical green thumb, and she is famous for her deck garden that flourishes every summer.
Kip is an enjoyer of video games and action movies. Ever the prankster, he enjoys lightheartedly riffing his family and large circle of friends.

If ever you have a question about anything calibration-related, Billy is your man. When he is not single-handedly keeping our technicians on the right track, Billy enjoys quiet Sundays with his six rescue cats, video games, and assisting his wife Annabel on the family horse farm.

He is the calm and steady hand that is the glue to our Huntington Shop. When he is not excelling at calibrations, Joe enjoys every aspect of the outdoors, including camping, fishing, and hiking, with his wife and two children.

Devon Everage is one of our stellar technicians at the Huntington location. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, raised in Atlanta, GA, and now calls the hills of Kentucky home. He was a former semipro rugby player, considers himself a world class wingman, and is undeniably the fashion icon of our group. He has been an automotive enthusiast

He was a former semipro rugby player, considers himself a world class wingman, and is undeniably the fashion icon of our group. He has been an automotive enthusiast since he was knee high, spending a large amount of time as a child in his grandfather’s Mercedes repair center. With his background in electronics and computers, he has found the ideal crossroad for his passions with ADAS and looks forward to the advancements and innovations to come in vehicle safety and technology.
